Why are there fees added to my ticket purchase?
At Land of Illusion Adventure Park, we aim to be transparent about the fees associated with ticket purchases. These fees help cover various costs involved in maintaining our ticketing system and providing a smooth experience for our guests. Here’s a breakdown:
Processing Fees:
Processing fees cover the operational costs necessary to manage ticket sales efficiently:- Software & Equipment Costs: This includes the annual expenses for our ticketing software, as well as the rental fees for equipment and hardware used to facilitate ticketing.
- Delivery Fees: These cover the software and systems that ensure your tickets are delivered securely to your email inbox after purchase, allowing you quick and easy access.
- Quick Entry Fees: Guests who purchase tickets online are granted access to a dedicated ticket lane to ensure a speedy check-in process, helping you enter the park as seamlessly as possible.
Service Fees:
Service fees are charges applied by third-party systems involved in processing your transaction.- Transaction Fees: Our third-party ticketing platform charges a set fee for each transaction, which is applied at checkout.
- Payment Processing Fees: Credit card companies apply a fee to process payments securely.

Is the Christmas Glow event wheelchair accessible?
The Christmas Glow is drive-thru can accommodate any vehicle. The Christmas Village is also wheelchair accessible for our guests.

What age gets in free?
Kids 3 and under are FREE!

What type of food & drinks will be available?
We offer a broad verity of cozy & warm snacks and drinks like fresh baked pizza & donuts to hot cocoa & coffee! For the 21 & over crowd don’t forget to try our spiked hot cocoa paired with our fully stocked bar!

If I buy a ticket online do I have to use it that day?
You can use it any day that we are open for our Christmas season. ((NOTE: The Winter Wonderland is only open select dates))

Is the ticket per person or per car load?
Between the dates of 11/23/2022 & 12/24/2022 the ticket is per person. But after Santa leaves for the North Pole (Christmas Day) we shift to a carload ticket from 12/26/2022 – 12/30/2022 to capture the Christmas joy of the last few days!

What should I do if I have an issue or question about the pictures taken inside the park?

What all does my individual ticket include?
It includes the 2 mile 3.8 million light drive thru experience & Access to The Winter Wonderland experience. ((Note: The Winter Wonderland is inside the park & is only open on select dates. Also ride tickets, souvenirs, and other activities may be purchased inside the park Please click here to see the calendar))

What rides do you have?
We have a VR Santa's sleigh, kid's train, mechanical reindeer ride and more. We also have a petting zoo, and much more for you to see for yourself!

Is the park pet friendly?
No pets are allowed at the park.

Can I buy a ticket at the gate, or do I have to buy online?
You can do either, which ever one is more convenient for you!

Can I get out of my car and take photos?
For your safety, we only allow photos taken after you've been through the Drive Thru, in front of the pond.

We accept credit cards online and throughout the park.
